Hello! It's been a couple months since I last posted anything. The lack of updates is due to restraints on my time. However, if something does happen in the Sailor Moon world in 2008 and beyond, we will cover it with translations and news updates. We'll also continue updating with Xadium's comic on a regular basis.

I'll be in Tokyo from April through mid-summer, so we might have another Japan doujinshi event article in the near future.

In the meantime, I'd like to thank the people who sent us links or news over the last few months and post a few of them here for you.

Brian snapped this interesting photo over new years. He wrote:

I grabbed a picture with my ketai.  I forget who the geinojin is, maybe you know, but she fully was dressed as Sailormoon.  There was another woman dressed like a character from Laputa, and the governer of a prefecture dressed like Lupin.

It was part of BS1's New Years variety contest show... thing.  People make skits and come perform them with the hope of winning money.  I'm usually out of Japan for fuyuu yasumi, so this is the first time I caught it and can't remember the name for the life of me.

Back in December, Rosa sent us in a photo of Sailor Moon cosplay in Bolivia. It's very nice, take a look! Here's a thread with more photos.

Last but not least, Kate wrote in to us with the following:

Hey guys~ Thought I'd bring you a small piece of Sailormoon news. I checked out the new Heroes: Saving Charlie book from work (I work at a Waldenbooks) and I  found this in Chapter 8: " Hiro stepped inside and moved through the aisle, running a reverent finger lightly over the spines of the chunky graphic novels he loved. A bunch of the titles were in English, series he had never heard of. But- aha! He pounced on an issue of Fushigi Yuughi, which technically was for girls, but he didn't care- he'd be happy with a battered copy of Sailor Moon, just to have something familiar."

Thanks for sending that in everyone! Apologies on taking so long to put it online.
