Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon diaries

How do you do? This is Sawai Miyuu, the actress playing Tsukino Usagi and Sailor Moon. We started filming only recently but I'm playing as Sailor Moon every day now and I've been slowly gaining more confidence in the part. Please watch over me!

This is Kitagawa Keiko, the actress playing Sailor Mars. The five [other actresses playing the] sailor senshi are very friendly. Although filming only started a short while ago its already been so much fun. But acting is pretty difficult! I'm doing my best so please make sure to watch.

She uses a lot of net smiley faces throughout this which we've taken out, so you might want to look at the original version.

While reading these you've got to realize that I've done my best to ground them in reality. The actual Japanese is rather insane and dotted with smiley faces and such. Typical teenybopper AIM stuff. From what I can tell they actually had the girls type these things rather than asking them and then having some web guy type it.

Filming has begun! I had been a bit nervous to start with, but its even more nerve-wracking than I'd expected. Usagi-chan has been doing her best to cheer up the rest of the cast and staff. Currently I have to practice monitoring my own face and its difficult. To get Ami's "look" we think she means. But I'm taking heart and I want to look good. Ahh! The "roke bento" we were given was so delicious, and we're getting it every day. If I keep eating it I'll get so fat!!! I'm not going to give up, I've got a lot of spirit. Please cheer me on! Hello! This is Azama Myuu, in charge of Thursday's update. I haven't actually been in any of the taping for the drama yet... what kind of work will it be? The anticipation makes my heart beat fast, I'm getting so nervous and excited. This is my first time performing so its a challenge, but I'm going to go at it with a fighting spirit and do my best. Please take care of me from now on! Weeeee!

Hello. This is Komatsu Ayaka, who is playing the part of Sailor Venus. I was at school today. In cooking class we made apricot tofu. It was delicious! I've got a test coming up so studying for it has become a big deal... but I'm going to do my best!

She uses the same odd smiley faces as the rest of the senshi do, but has this bad habit of putting a question mark as the first character of the smiley faces. Japanese language does not use question marks (it has its own 'end character' to signify a question), but the question mark still makes things confusing the first time you see it.

Filming for the show has been progressing steadily. I've been fighting with some odd youmas... You'll be able to see the battles between Sailor Moon and her foes soon, so please be patient.

Today I went to the film shoot at Yokohama! At first filming was quite dreadful for me, but the staff and the other cast members gave me strength and I've been able to continue. By the way, this was my first time ever in Yokohama, I liked it a lot.

Here it was I thought summer had finally ended, and then it becomes real hot again! But when we go practice our lines for the Sailor Moon shoots, things become cool again. This was Hama Chisaki speaking.

"Hi y'all!" This is how they say "Hello" in Okinawa. (*laughter*) Recently its been hot like nothing else I've ever experienced... 'why wasn't it like this during our actual summer vacation' is what I keep thinking! Every day, before I leave the house, I have to splatter on sunblock. This was "I don't want to get sunburned!!" Azama Myuu speaking.

Thanks to "Claudia" for this info: "Myuu probably wrote the "Hello" in an Okinawan dialect because she is actually from Okinawa. Not only is she from Okinawa, but she attended the famous Okinawa Actor's School (fellow graduates include famous artists Amuro Namie, SPEED, MAX, DA PUMP), and was a member of the school's singing/dancing group, B.B WAVES, also making a small appearance as a manga character herself in a manga series that ran in the manga magazine Chao, set in the school, around 1998."

Today in Iwate the weather was incredibly nice and mild, and the day passed easily. From Iwate I went by train, and then walked a great deal, until, finally I came to this huge park. There's a river nearby and the atmosphere is just so beautiful there... The feeling I got from it just made me thankful for everything.

So finally we're just 5 days away. Those hot days of last week suddenly turned into a cold spell, and its been very difficult on Sailor Moon... I've had to use a pocket heater for warmth! I think I'll have to keep an entire space heater in my pocket this winter. (laughs)

Because of the typhoon it became so cold, so quickly... it feels like the middle of winter already! I keep having to borrow a jacket from wardrobe, otherwise I start shaking.

I have this week off so I was really happy to go home to Kyoto. When I began considering what I'd update this week with, I thought, "I'll write about all the fun I've been having at the film sites" but there's always so much tension with Miyuu-chan and I've forgotten everything. (joke) So on that note, I'm going to have a lot of fun this week too. This has been Hama Chisaki.

So its Thursday. Recently the weather has been rather wintry. Its almost unbelievable how cold it is to an Okinawan such as myself. It feels to me like Okinawa in December, and yet its October! [I think she's fearing what December will be like in Tokyo, and its supposedly pretty bad.] But Mako-chan wouldn't lose to something like a little cold weather. I'm going to do my best and keep on rolling!

This is my third journal... I had a break from filming today, but tomorrow I've got a test so I've just been sitting at home studying. I'm going to do my best on the test tomorrow!!

Bang bang booom! How did you like the first episode? Some people may [have watched it] and said, "Your image was a little different from what I thought it would be" but I want to be like Usagi-chan even more these days. So this week's episode two is the premiere of Hama Chisaki as Ami-chan! (Although she was in episode one a bit.) Be sure to watch it! [Thanks to Kazuhira for helping me to clear that up!]

Today we filmed the basketball scene. This was my first time ever playing basketball but I did my best so be sure to watch it.

Lately I've been addicted to anko. [Bean jam paste.] Grainy anko is the best! (laughs) Whether its with anpan [sweet roll filled with bean jam] or in pounded mochi [rice cakes] or as monaka [a pie with bean jam paste]. I've just been eating too much of it these past few days.... its become a problem. I guess I really just love it too much. If they made some Sailor Moon branded monaka that'd be so great. This has been Hama Chisaki.

My lucky color this year is definitely green! (laughs) Not only is it Jupiter's color, but its also my class's color at school. And for some reason my cell phone's strap, and watermelons, and gouyaa [a green tea drink - hit the link to see more] follow along with this color scheme as well. [I guess watermelons and gouyaa are two of her favourite foods.] Everything around me seems to become green. Should I start collecting green things from now on? That's what I was thinking as I wrote up this entry today. (laughs)

Hellooo! Friday is Aino Minako's day. This is the fourth time I'm doing a journal. Tomorrow is finally the very first episode. [Uh, what?? Either she made a typo or someone screwed up the post.] I haven't become accustomed to seeing myself on TV so I'm already rather nervous. This was Komatsu Ayaka.

What did you think of episode 2?? As far as filming goes, we're slowly getting more cast members [on the set] and its become even more fun! Winter has gotten closer... so everyone, be sure not to catch a cold!

Its already fall, isn't it. I've been doing some "fall reading"- so to speak- and have been reading a book called "Catcher in the Rye." I'm looking forward to seeing how it ends. [I read that in high school too. It was crazy in English, I wonder how nuts it is in Japanese. How do they deal with all the swear words?]

Hooray for the broadcasting of the first episodes of Sailor Moon! Keep this to yourself but, last time, on the way back from the film shoot, I went with Usagi to have Tapioca with Milk Tea... and it seems that I had too much of it! I usually prefer something like coconut milk in my tapioca [but this stuff was so great that] I was incredibly happy with it. Some tapioca was left over at the end... it became troublesome to finish. (laughs) Next time we pass by that store, I'm not going to eat so much of it. But I really love tapioca. This was Hama Chisaki, who's been running around just thinking about food lately!

Hi everyone, did you see Sailor Moon? Yesterday I had a scene where I fought with a youma and thanks to that today my arm is killing me! I say its "fighting" but its more like I don't get hurt while still using up a lot of power. (laughs) It feels like I haven't exercised enough, you know... I thought about this a bit. From now on I'm going to do a lot of muscle training, and endure!

I had classes today. We changed our seating order and I got the seat that I wanted to have the most, so I'm really happy! Afterward I saw a rainbow and it was incredibly beautiful! I took a picture of it with my cell phone camera. This was the "enchanted" Ayaka speaking.

Did you like episode 3? Next week I'm going to be a bear. The person moving around inside the costume is me as well, so please be sure to watch it!! Also, I'm going to be 16 very soon! Please watch over me, Miyuu (and Usagi), even while I am 16 years old!

We didn't have a film shoot today so I went home to my parent's house in Kanda. My mother and I went shopping and cooked a meal together for the first time in a while, I felt like it was really nourishing to my body and mind. [Being with one's] family sure is nice...

And so finally I've been on the air. People's reactions are almost scary!! But I'm going to keep doing my best. I feel as though the Ami-chan that I have created [on screen] is being born out of my own heart. I'm rather proud of that. As I progress in my role little by little, please watch over me! This was Hama Chisaki.

HELLO. My first meeting with the other girls [in the actual series, not on the set which would have been long ago] is coming close, and I've gotten several key chains of my character to put on my uniform. I had them all attached to my cell phone at first, but I removed them from there... Recently I've been talking about a lot of things with "Usako". (laughs) She ended up putting all the key chains back on my cell phone. I promise I won't remove them again!!!... maybe.

I had school again today. The entrance of Sailor Venus on the show is getting closer and closer... I'm worried as to whether my performance will be good but even if I fail, I think that as Minako I'll be trying to do my best.

How do you do? This is 16 year old Sawai Miyuu! (laughs) On the day of my birthday the staff had a party for me and it was so incredible. My first day as a 16 year old started off with that [joyous] feeling!! I was completely taken aback by it since the party happened without warning, but I was really happy because of it. Thank you everyone! Please continue to take care of me from now on as well.

I encountered a curious artifact at the location shoot today. A crescent moon cut out of a metallic sheet. One would imagine that the color of the moon would be some sort of yellow, but this was instead a mysterious grey. If the other 4 sailor senshi were to look at this artifact I wonder what they would think...?

The language she uses in this is slightly more flowing in Japanese than it comes out in English.

These days I don't get to meet my friends all that often and so I've already received my birthday presents from them this early!! [Chisaki's birthday is November 10th.] I got a Disney's Marie schedule board and a pink Marie trunk... they're so cute and I love them.

Serecindra, Julian G., and Bucket Mouse suggest that Disney's Marie is the white cat from Disney's "The Aristocats." This is certainly possible- although I don't know why Disney Japan is making products with her in the year 2003. I found this in my own Google search but I have no idea who it is.

Lately I've been receiving a lot of candy from different people. [That sounds quite devious.] Even though I'm on a diet and I'm really happy to get them, its almost heartbreaking [to see that candy in front of me.] (laughs) Just yesterday I received some ice cream and I finished the whole thing. But I've resolved not to eat any more and so I'm toughing it out and exercising some self control in not eating the chocolate in front of me right now (laughs).

Very soon Venus (Minako) is going to be entering the show. I'm rather concerned about my acting and whether I did my lines right but I'm being taught by the four people who've become senshi before me and so I'm doing my best.

Wooow, its already November... but for this time of the year its unusually warm. What's with the weather this season.... could... could it be... a youma's attack?! Everyone!! Take caution as to not be attacked by this youma!!

Today for the first time in my life I went to a live concert! It was a concert given by Shigemura Asami who's a fellow member of the agency I belong to. It was done in the style of 70's music and I was really moved by it. One day I'd like to try doing a live concert myself.

I went home to Kyoto and made "Tanba" chestnuts Mont Blanc with my older sister. "Its a little bit strange but that's okay!" is what I thought but the squarish Mont Blancs with the (laughs) chestnut cream was so delicious that before we even finished my mouth was "flapping open and closed" [her words] and I had eaten it. But it was soooo delicious. Next up we're facing Christmas, so I'm going to have to go against the Christmas cake!! [I fear for the cake's life.]

These days I'm always listening to my friend's special "Road of Major" minidisc. When I'm on the train, when I'm in the bath [I want to listen to the CD, can I come too??], when I'm just doing anything in my room... just aaaalways. (laughs) Its become almost like an addiction! But they're all such great tunes so, everyone! Please listen to "Road of Major"!

Since Minako's an idol, even though I'm reaaallly bad at it, I had to challenge myself and sing. And since I did my best when I was singing, I want you to listen carefully when the episodes are airing and pay attention to the songs. The lyrics are really good, you know!

Today is Chisaki's birthday. (clap, clap!) Everyone, please join with me and give her heartfelt congratulations. (laughs) Today I ate a baby chick. (peep peep) (It was a manjuu)

Hers is terse, as always. Very Usagi-ish in that regard, although she actually uses kanji. (Then again, given the fact that you only have to press the space bar and the word processor will change it to kanji, even Usagi could figure it out.) The manjuu she's referring to is a waffilish cake with sweet bean filling, in this case in the shape of a baby chick.

On the way back from the shooting location today, in front of the station, I met some people performing "folklore" music. They were wearing folk costumes and enjoying their dance- it was a fun and carefree musical performance. The sight of those guys holding our culture important was something that really hit me right in the heart.

I found a delicioous [she uses a kid's word] cake at the store. But I was walking with people from the office at the the time; had I not been with other people I'd have gone in and tried it... and yet! When I got to the TV location what I saw was increeeeeedibly delicious. I had a Caramel chiffon cake and it was soooooooooo delicious [kid's word again] There were a lot of different teas offered as well, it was lovely! Next time I'd like to try a chocolate milk crepe cake... (laughs) I'm sorry for only talking about food. This was Hama Chisaki.

Since its been a while since I've had some time off, I'm going to go shopping. What I want this time is: boots, a bag, a coat, a hat, and a winter jacket. I hope I'm able to get some good things!

Recently its been so cold, hasn't it. I was born in the north but I'm still weak against the cold. The morning film shoots are freezing and its just the worst but I'm going to keep doing my best to survive. Please be sure to get up tomorrow at 7:30. This was Ayaka.

In the 7th episode's date scene... riding on something while falling from a high place... is something I never thought I'd do in my entire lifetime. (laughs) [Rather than saying "riding on a roller coaster" she's inferring the action being taken, I suppose to be clever in case people haven't seen the episode.] If you're familiar with the storyline you'll know I ate some ice cream, but having that in the winter made it doubly chilling. Yet what choice do I have. This was Sawai Miyu, who seems to be thinking about work every day for some reason.

Today I bought Billy Joel's Best of album. I love the lyrics of "The Stranger" so much, no matter how many times I hear it [it never gets old]. I wonder what kind of "alternate face" do I, and everyone else as well, have?

The song "The Stranger" starts of with these words:

11/10 was my birthday. That day we were filming a scene with Mercury but I was placed in a different make up room than usual and while I was getting made up an exciting plan was hatched! As I walked from the make up room to the film shoot I went "Whaaa?" [the Japanese SFX she uses is "Paaa" but that makes no sense in English] as the lights went out. And then I was completely taken by surprise as the lights came back on and out of the brightness ran Usagi-chan, holding up a birthday cake- and I was in the spotlight! I was incredibly shocked by it and since I hadn't thought I would have such a huge birthday I was incredibly delighted by it as well!! I got a whole lot of presents from the other senshi and the staff. Now that I've turned 15 I want to take on many various challenges.

Today I'm going to get some soy milk. There are many different flavours and they're all delicious. The flavour I happen to like the most is Kinako soy milk. [The "Benihana Guide to Japan" says kinako is soy powder made from roasting and grinding soy beans.] Among my friends the most popular flavour is Royal Black Tea. Everyone- please drink soy milk so we can all develop healthy bodies.

Well, at last it happened... I caught a cold and have a fever... Its really important to take good care of oneself you know. Everyone, please don't become like me and be careful of catching a cold!

Just like we do every day, today we fought against a youma. And of course having to transform is also a daily occurrence at this point. It'd be great if the youma would take a break for one day... or so Usagi thinks! This was Sawai Miyuu.

Today we had a night shoot. Since we were in our costumes it was utterly freezing. During the break periods everyone crowded around the fire. Its not really good for the senshi of flame and passion to be chilled you know. We senshi won't lose in our battle against the cold winter and will fight back, so please cheer us on.

Recently I spotted a girl walking around with her mother wearing Sailor Moon's clothing. The size may have been a bit too big and the hip ribbon (while walking) kept splashing about. But she was incredibly cute. It makes me remember how when I was a kid I really wanted to be like the Sailor Senshi. Just like her I used to think over and over "I want to be Mercury!" Now, being able to see myself as having become Mercury, it makes me really happy.

Very soon my favourite time of the year is coming. That would be Christmas and my birthday. [Her birthday is 12/26] I'm really not good with cold weather but since there are so many things to do and events to go to, I love December.

Hi everyone, have you listened to the CD that came out? I've heard a lot of people's thoughts on the CD and I'm really happy about it. Thank you very much! Recently I've been going shopping on my own. (laughs) When the film shoots end early I go around on my own to shop. (laughs) Recently I bought a white sweater.

If you think that sounds a tad awkward, I've not taken any liberties in translating it. She did indeed repeat herself in both word use and sentence substance.

Wow!! Its December you knoooow! Time really flies doesn't it. This month is also the end of the year. Lets go enthusiastically into the last month [of the year.]

"Today for the first time in many days work ended early and I had some extra time so I made dinner for myself. Today I made cream stew! I think that eating food that I've made myself is really delicious. If I should happen to have [free time], if possible, I'd like to do it once more."

If you're wondering why its in quotes, that's because her entry is in quotes too. I dunno, I just follow what they do.

Just recently the TV show's producer went to another country and brought back presents. Each respective senshi received a strap and pastry matching their colour scheme; I've attached my strap to my cell phone. But which country did these presents happen to come from...? This was, today as always, a spaced-out Hama Chisaki!

Recently its been so incredibly cold that I've felt like running back to Okinawa. (laughs) And over there I'd drink a nice, warm beverage. Something like hot lemon-[ade], or a black tea flavoured "Royal Milk Tea" or some hot chocolate. Everyone, you've got to do this too, you know. (laughs)

Hello. How was episode 10?! Since I [she uses her first name "Miyuu" in place of I] really love my mother I ["Miyuu" again] would not have liked to be a child of the moon. That's pretty obvious isn't it? While thinking about how obvious it is, why not reconsider your thoughts on episode 11? Eheheh.

I stopped by a pet shop that's located on the road that I take when I go home from film shoots. I really love tropical fish, and no matter how many hours I sit and watch them I never get tired of them. One day I'd like to get a whole lot of the tropical fish that I love and raise them in a giant fish tank that fills an entire room.

Its already December isn't it. I'm really sad that this year is ending already. When one speaks of December, the word Christmas [springs to mind.] The whole town has become decked with Christmas and it really kind of makes me excited and happy. I wonder if Santa-san will come this year? This was Hama Chisaki.

Continuing my series from last week, I'm going to talk about what things I'm into. (Laughs) Recently I've become a fan of "Tofu Kimchee." I eat this every night! I read in a magazine that its very good for diets. That being the case, and since I love both tofu and kimchee equally, I ought to be able to continue [on this diet] using this [kind of food].

In a short while I'm going to go on a field trip. I'm really looking forward to it. We're going to Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. We're going to play around a lot, eat a lot, and make a lot of wonderful memories!

Things Miyuu has been interested in lately:

1. Black soybean natto [kuromame natto] (laughs)
2. Soy Milk
3. Bagels
4. Cocoa [Hot chocolate I think]
5. Ices

They're all healthy and good... right?! Come one everyone, be sure to have them.

(Would little kids seriously read this and think "hmm sailor moon tells me to eat black soybean natto I'd better do that!"? Maybe.)

Today for the first time in a while I went to eat at home with my family. We had Indian food! It tasted like authentic Indian cooking. Everyone, be sure to challenge yourself and try making Indian cuisine as a way of riding through this cold winter. [Indian food tends to be quite spicy...]

I kinda feel sorry for them in that eating with their family has become a highlight of their week/month. They're still quite young.

Remember that previous journal where wrote that I received a present from one of the producers and was wondering what country it came from? I found out! GUEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS WHERE?! It was from "Indonesia"! Its just an ordinary thing [that I received] but I'm real happily to find out where it came from. Everyone has something like this right? Yay Yay! Clap clap!

Finally my favourite time of the year has come upon us. I love December the most. Whether its "X'mas", my birthday, or New Years eve, there are just so many events and things to do that I get incredibly excited by it. I really like January as well. The New Years atmosphere exists throughout the month. Even if its cold, its really the best... (laughs)

Jingle bells, Jingle bells"... bells will ring. While I may be a bit early with this, Merry Christmas! I wonder if Santa-san will come? I'm really excited. But there are so many kids out there, I don't think Santa-san will come for anyone except the elementary schoolers. When you get to middle school he gets replaced by your parents. (laughs) Until last year I had wished for a lot of different things to come but this year I'm hoping for a cordless vacuum cleaner and "practical" goods. (laughs) So, everyone, please have a very happy Christmas.

Since today's shoot didn't start until nighttime I went to Harajuku. I went there with the intent of purchasing clothes for myself, but my eyes were drawn to many clothes that I thought would look good on my younger brother; I ended up buying only clothes for him.

Merry Christmas! Today is Christmas eve isn't it. During Christmas the town sparkles and look really pretty so I'm really happy about it. I wonder if Santa-san will come this year?? He's got to come! "Santa san is coming right." Chisaki-Santa is going to visit you all in your dreams tonight. Pleasant dreams... from Chisaki.

For New Years this year, I think on the first day of the year I'd like to go some place far away... When I start to think about how Tokyo and Okinawa are different, I get the feeling that the main difference is that I can't easily reach the sea from here. (laughs) That's the first thing I'd like to see on New Years day, you know.

Hey everyone, have you been fighting off colds and feeling fine? My field trip was really fun. The food was great and I bought a lot of souvenirs. The night view as seen from the plane was truly beautiful. This was Ayaka, who wants to learn the Kansai dialect now.

We're just a few days away from New Years! This was a really great year for me [she writes "Miyuu" instead of "me".] Mainly because I was able to appear in Sailor Moon. I hope that next year is a great year for both me and everyone else. Lets make some beautiful memories in these last few days of the year.

Returning from my night shoot I ran off to watch television and being interviewed on TV was pitcher Hasegawa. [I believe she's referring to Seattle Mariner's pitcher Shigetoshi Hasegawa, but I could be wrong.] One of the things he said in his discussion came as a surprise to me. "What is success? When you say that a person 'succeeds' that's not "success"- success is when you set a mark for yourself and then you achieve it. Success isn't something that a person decides on. It's something that oneSELF decides on, I believe." I was surprised at his honesty. His evaluation of a person isn't by their connections [to the other players] but rather what's important is how hard a person tries him or herself. Becoming aware of something so important but so simple, I just felt kind of refreshed by it.

This is the last diary entry of 2003. How was this year for everyone? My year was a lot of fun because I got to meet so many new people. Tomorrow's 2004.... Years pass so quickly don't they? I hope that especially for me and especially for you all that 2004 is a really fantastic year. I hope when you... count the chimes... on new years... its for a good year... (laughs) This was Hama Chisaki.

Recently I did my first photoshoot with "Kei-chan" [Kitagawa Keiko] for Seventeen. When I saw the photos from that shoot, they looked so unlike the regular Rei and Makoto paired pictures. Rather [than the masculine senshi] we were quite feminine, which is really nice and cool in my mind. Once in a while its a good thing to act girlish you know. (laughs)

Happy New Years. So many things happened last year. I wonder what will happen to everyone this year...? Please watch over me again this year. Be sure not to overeat. (laughs)

Happy New yeaaars. For New Years day I went with my family to Seoul. [Korea.] It was cold... (laughs) But thanks to the kimchee I ate, I became quite warm. When I returned I went to my grandmother's place and she made the zouni [New Year dish, rice cakes cooked with vegetables] that I love so much. It was a really happy New Years.

At last we're here! It's 2004. For New Years I spent some time relaxing at my parent's house in Shikoku. For me, the most important thing in 2003 was that Sailor Moon started, and that makes it a year worthy of commemoration! While I was really busy last year, it was also a lot of fun. What did you think about 2003? I hope that 2004 is a great year for everyone....

Happy New Years. Please be sure to watch "Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon" this year as well!! While filming of the series has already started [at the time I'm writing] I had my fill of New Years during the break. I spent some relaxing time in Kyoto. For the first time in a while I played with friends of mine; it was a pretty good New Years.

While I was at my relative's house in Saitama I found myself awash in Sailor Moon goods. (laughs) It was really fun to see a [young girl] relative of mine 'henshin' into Sailor Jupiter.

Winter vacation is already over. Where does the time go... This year there wasn't very much snow in Iwate, it was somehow dissatisfying. Ahh, I still have winter vacation homework left. I'll do my best.

This is Miyuu, who, even though New Years is already over, is unable to forget eating the zouni her mother made for her. So what'd you think of Act 14?! I was really relieved that Usagi didn't become a youma. Even Usagi has to be wary of not becoming a youma. I'm going to go exterminate some youma. Gotta run!

In the twinkling of an eye my New Years break has come and gone, and so recording of Sailor Moon has begun again. I'm going to play my part enthusiastically this year too! Please be sure to watch us senshi more-so than last year- don't even blink your eyes when we're on the screen- and take care of us this year as well.

The literal phrase she uses is "don't split your eyes" but that wouldn't make sense in English now, would it.

This is a continuation of my New Years discussion: I've been kind of sad these last few New Years as when I try to fit into my kimono its been becoming too small. That I [she says "Chisaki"] could fit into my kimono this year made it more enjoyable than usual. Having spent recent times back in my native area of Kyoto, I've become interested in 和 [means peace but also "Japanese style"]. So this year I think I'm going to go as "Japanese-style loving" Chisaki.

Currently I'm having a saucer of soy milk. But in the midst of preparing it I ran out of soy milk and had to use [cow's] milk instead!! Unexpectedly it is delicious. Everyone, why not give it a try. (laughs)

It's pretty cold out, isn't it... It's really cold in Iwate. There hasn't been much snow falling this year which I'm both kind of happy about and kind of sad about. (laughs.) But you know a snow-scape is really pretty. I wonder if it will start snowing...

I took a casual glance at the Sailor Moon homepage and saw that below the diaries there were actually messages... I read them all. Everyone, thank you very much for your notes! "From now on I'm going to do even better!" is what I shouted when I looked at them. [This is where the diary turns really strange.] By the way, thank you for taking the pictures... eheheh. Right now I'm feeling sorry for roosters and cows, and so this was a regretful Miyuu who isn't able to eat them.

I wish I could make that clearer but it honestly doesn't make much sense. Also, she doesn't say the animals specifically, she instead uses the sound a rooster makes. I believe the strange part of the diary is actually her responding to people from whatever messages were on the board the day she visited the site.

Board member kenji suggests that it may have to do with, "Mad Cow Disease and the avian flu."

Recently, with my new years gift money, I purchased an electronic dictionary! In addition to English and modern/classic Japanese it also has Japanese historical and world historical terminology. Since this [kind of thing] is really convenient and useful [to have around] I found myself interested in it. Every day when I have some free time on the set I play with it by looking up the names of historical personages.

The January "Coming of Age" ceremonial event has already passed! To be "20" is to say that you're really an adult. That's the kind of feeling [being an adult] that I'm aspiring toward. And "Sailor Moon" can boast of being popular for over ten years too! I'm not quite sure what part we're playing in that [popularity] but I definitely want Sailor Moon to be able to meet its "Coming of Age" ceremony.

I got to go [back] to Okinawa! Not on a family visit, but as part of a field trip! (laughs) Why you'd go to Okinawa for a field trip is beyond me though. I got to meet my friends, and, it's just so true, the warm ocean was very pretty. It was the best field trip ever!

This would likely be why the diary was delayed for two weeks.

It's been pretty cold lately... or at least that's what I was thinking as I woke up to see snow piled up. It's been a long time since I've seen this much snow fall; the colour of the snow scenery from my window was really beautiful. Although, ultimately I think I really don't like the cold... This was Ayaka, who's starting to think for the first time that spring may not be coming soon enough.

Good afternoon! This is Sawai, in charge of Mondays. So, why don't we head to the [film] location and speak to Tsukino-san? Tsukino-saaaan? Haaaai! Good afternoon everyone! I was so glad to have made up with Ami-chan in episode 16. And, and at the [film] shoot location there weren't any words for reconciliation [needed]. All of us are such good friends already. And we're going to keep doing our best, as friends.

Today, for the first time, I got to hear the CD I sung on!! I was so happy. Due to the help of all the staff who helped put the CD together, it turned out to be a really great tune. The song is called "Sakura Petal Storm" and it's got a beautiful, poetic-like melody; please listen to it soon everyone. And please look forward to hearing it being played in the Sailor Moon TV program. [Credit to Kenji for song clarification]

The other day I got to go to a magazine photo shoot studio! There was a really weird coffee maker there. There were many different coffee varieties offered, and they were the real deal. I went to try them all out right away. As the hot water begins to bubble outward, beans are dropped into the machine. And after this difficult process, the finished coffee was pretty good. But the way it worked still feels like a... "mystery."

This is the season when I plump up the most! The period starting at Christmas and ending at White Day... this is why my body sizes in April are always chubbier. For that reason I've started to swear off sweet things. At least, that's what I'm thinking at the time of this update. (laughs)

Wow, we're already finished with January this year. It's gone by so fast!! If you're loitering around as though next year will never come, this year is going to end! This was Komatsu Ayaka, who, first off, wants to start some sports to make up for overeating during the winter break.

It's February. For me it's the "Miyuu has nothing to do with Valentines" month. (laughs) On my recent day off I got to make some pastries for the first time in a while. I made a carrot--and-"imo" cake and when I was bringing it to the film shoot area I became surprised as I must have been thinking unconsciously "Usagi [rabbit] and carrots." (laughs) Ahhh, I'm praying that the staff's stomachs don't break.

Today my mom came to Tokyo and the two of us went to Harajuku to go shopping. I bought a hat, a pink "knit" [sweater], and a jacket, as they were cheap. Since we got to eat crepes too it was a very happy day.

Hello. For setsubun you're supposed to have futomaki . But recently, for the first time, I found out that Tokyo doesn't have this custom. In Kansai, during setsubun, you eat a whole futomaki roll. Yet when I was talking about it I was told it's pointless. (laughs) Why is it that we eat this delicious food... Just so we won't get sick? Just so something we wish for will come true? Anyway, I've got tests coming up, so I'm praying to do well on my high school entrance examination.

Setsubun is a bean-throwing ceremony usually at the end of January or start of February, and futomaki (thickly rolled sushi) is indeed a Kansai area (Kyoto/Osaka) tradition. A bit more info is located here.

This is a sad Azama who, although she's come here to Tokyo, has not yet had a chance to properly see it snowing. Everyone I know doesn't want it to snow!!! That's what they say, but being an Okinawan, to be able to see it snowing has been one of my lifelong aspirations. If it doesn't start soon it's going to be spring...!

Recently, for the first time in a while, I had a Saturday day-off, so I went shopping with my friend. I GOT myself a cute skirt. While it's been wintry weather recently, so all I've been wearing are pants/slacks, I've got to start getting ready for spring and beginning 'challenging' with skirts! And even though it's winter time I'm also going to do my best in my senshi costume (with its skirt-like 'decoration').

Currently there seems to be a shortage of all blood types [in blood banks]!! I was thinking of giving a blood donation but it turns out you have to be 18 or older... so I had to give up. But I've decided that when I turn 18 I'm definitely going to give blood. [There's a smiley, check the page as I'm unable to paste it right.] To those who are over 18, if you think you have plenty of blood, please give a blood donation."

Today I got myself a new cell phone. It's one of those video phones and it's incredible!! It's so difficult living without my family and so I'm really happy to get a video phone. I think I'll be using it a lot very soon.

When it turns to February it starts to feel as though winter is going to end, and I get really happy. The cold at the film shoot locations is quite intense you know!! Moreover, this year I'm taking my high school entrance exams. So I'm also battling my way through vocabulary learning. (laughs) "I want to get liberated from examinations soon...." is what I'm wishing in this diary entry.

Yesterday I went to go eat Shabushabu! And of course I had as much as I wanted (laughs). The meat and vegetables were delicious but I was taken by some Strawberry Milk. Usually I don't drink beverages made from strawberries but I was pulled in by the sound of strawberry milk. It was so-so-so-delicious that I get the feeling like I'll be having it a lot from now on.

Since it's Valentine's day, in home economics class, we made cake. Although I'm not good with cream-based things, I made a chocolate cake. When the chocolate began to stiffen during the cooking process it became quite problematic but it was a very cute cake. It was pink! Next time I'll try making it at home.

Happy Valentine['s day.] Hey everyone, did you give [stuff, assumedly chocolates] to the boy you like (kyaaa!) or to your daddy? I [Miyuu] gave some to everyone. But I didn't have any preparation time and had to give things out the day before. There was a bit too much flour in the chocolate chip cookies or something like that as they were a tad crumbly. (laughs)

Today I went to a record store and, having listened to a number of different songs, I found an album I was interested in and bought it. The artist is Mary J. Blidge. While I'm not able to follow the lyrics, I'm going to do my best to understand the meaning. (laughs) For the time being I'm addicted [to] Mary J.

Recently I saw a really cute "Usagi" [Rabbit]. My friend is training it and it has slightly pinkish fur and the teeny, tinest of ears. Even though [these features are] so girlish, the rabbit's name is "John"! (Who names a rabbit like this?) I really love cats but I think rabbits are also cute. I'd like to hug it some more...

Recently it's become warmer and I'm really happy [about that]. Is it spring already? It's going to be a little bit easier being a senshi from now on.... or so I think. (laughs)

This is Ayaka, who's been eating a lot lately!!

Today I had Monja Yaki. It was soooooooo good. In Iwate [where she's from] we don't really eat this much but next time I think I'm going to try making this at home. On Valentines I gave some home-made chocolates to a friend but while I was making them I ate so many of them!! Not good...

It's test season! [Practice entrance exams are taken around now, with the real deal in April.] This is the year Sailor Mercury- Hama Chisaki- is in "examination hell." Even though she's busy with filming, she's doing her best. Anyone who's in elementary/middle/high school, or what have you, and is preparing for the exams, please do your best. Some of my juniors in a middle school [which Miyuu has graduated from] have been fixed what high school they each are to enter. Ah, (hearing this,) I realized that I'm going to soon be a 2nd year high school student. Meanwhile, Usagi will be in examination hell this year!? What will be going on with her?(laughs)

The other day, via a magazine article, I was recommended Agatha Christie's novel "And Then There Were None," and so I ended up buying and reading it! Not being able to remember someone's name is deadly. (laughs) [A pun on the book name and plot I gather] Everyone please read it.

For a girl in love the most important event, so to speak, is St. Valentine's day, right? Even in Sailor Moon, Usagi's premonition of love was correct- I guess it's true that girls yearn to love. Each year I make chocolates but since I don't have anyone to give them to, I let me dad eat them. (laughs) This year I also gave some to my older brother! (Is that an improvement?) Girls in love must act without rehearsal!! It'd be great if a lot of love adventures, like beautiful dramas, were born.

"Love adventures" isn't in there, but forum member kenji suggested that connotation for her use of the word drama, and it seems fitting. (She does not seem to use drama to mean a television show.)

Recently, hints of spring have been floating by. February is said to be the coldest month, but since it turned to February it's started getting warmer- I wonder why? (laughs) I'm not good with the cold so I'm pretty happy with this development, but I kinda wish it had snowed a bit more... I think. But, but, the information I'm hearing says the cold is going to come visit one more time before spring.

Hey everyone, how are you doing? I've once again caught a cold. My fever's suddenly gone up... This year is the first time I've had to go to the hospital for assistance. I'm slowly getting better so please don't be concerned. Really, everyone, please be careful not to catch a cold. Oh I hope spring gets here soon.... this is what I wish for [this entry.]

It's March! [Has it really been] a whole half year since Sailor Moon started...?! There's only one month left in my first year of high school. [The year] seems to have gone by in the blink of an eye. I think I'd like to just enjoy my one month left as a high school freshman. I wonder what I'm going to do to enjoy it. (laughs).

Hasn't it begun to feel like spring just a bit(?) Is everyone going to be okay with pollen allergies, as that kind of thing happens around this time of year. I don't have any pollen allergies but it suddenly caught someone I know and I've been wondering what would happen if it got me too!! I've become a little worried. This is the season where people wearing masks on account of pollen allergies increases... wouldn't it be nice to just use "AQUA MIST!" and heal everyone. This was Hama Chisaki.

Today I ate healthy mixed soft cream. Into a mix of soy flour and black sesame seeds was added sweet black syrup contains red bean paste and black sugar. It's delicious.

I visited Yamanashi Prefecture and got to see Mount Fuji up close. There was still snow and it felt like winter!! Having eaten Houtou, this was a very satisfied Ayaka.

I thought I could help bring Ami-chan back [from the hands of the evil-doers to our side] in episode 22 [but the truth is I couldn't]... (sob)

Just lately I received a text message from Chisaki! The subject of the e-mail was, "Miyuu, have you tried this new beverage?!" (Attached to the phone message was a picture of the drink.) By sheer chance I had also tried said drink that day, and so I took a photo of it and sent my picture back to her. (laughs) Today's diary entry topic was about Chisaki and Miyuu who were incessantly talking about foods (and drinks).

This is Kitagawa, who has become greatly accustomed to living on her own. It's kind of embarrassing to buy toilet paper by yourself and I had been delaying having to do so for some time. Finally, today, the need took on pressing urgency, so I bought some on the way home. And while walking with the just-obtained toilet paper I was greeted by some fans who watch Sailor Moon. Although I was really happy to meet them, why was it today of all days... is what I've been thinking. (laughs)

By far the greatest diary entry ever.

Recently there's been something I've wanted to do more than anything else. That is to return to Okinawa!!! (laughs) How badly do I want to eat some Okinawan cooking. I want to go where it's warm, where the food's great, where I can relax- to my beloved Okinawa I want to go baaaaaack!

Once again, I really do feel bad for these actresses in that they've got to live far away from home while still in high school (or in Chisaki's case, middle school.) Young tv idols lead tough lives. Here's to you, Azama, I hope you can get back sometime soon.

In the blink of an eye Sailor Moon is reaching a "Turning Point" (an area of directional change). Kei-chan taught me that word. (laughs) It's so soon. The show's going to become rapidly more interesting from here on out so don't miss anything.

"Turning Point" is written in in English via katakana, and she defines it in Japanese in the parentheses.

Yesterday was White Day, wasn't it. The live action film staff brought in for us refreshments, chocolate, cake, and senbei [rice crackers], and I was eating them on and off between the shoots. And the chocolate-loving Chisaki couldn't stop herself from eating chocolate. (laughs) Speaking of being unable to stop oneself, recently I've not been able to quit eating ice cream [and/or popsicles]. This was Sawai, who, each and every day, thinks "should I or shouldn't I," and ends up carelessly eating ice cream.

Today I suddenly wanted to hear The Police's song "Every breath you take. " When I was still living with my folks and I'd go driving with my family it was a song that I heard all the time [in the car]. [So listening to it] was nostalgic. What are everyone else's memorable songs?

Kitagawa is in caps because she wrote her name in Katakana rather than kanji... I guess to fit the western theme of the rest of her update? If your oldies collection is bursting at the seams you've probably got a good birthday present for her.

Also the English words/names were in all caps and she misspelled "Maurice".

Today was a vacation day [at my home in] Kyoto and it was lots of fun! First off, for the first time in a while, I went bowling. While my score wasn't very high, I enjoyed myself. After that I went shopping, and did karaoke... these things were kinda ordinary, but things like that make me feel kinda mellow these days.

It's spring it's spring! This is Azama who is happy about it gets warmer at last. I want to go do o-hanamiiiiii! These days I'm getting soooo excited!

Right now I'm in Niigata prefecture. Snow is falling on the entire area and even I, whom am from a northern province, was surprised by it. The night-time snow-scape was sooooooo beautiful. This was Komatsu, who, despite that, has been thinking that she truly, truly wants spring to come.

It's already been for about half a year since shooting of Sailor Moon began. We held a "good job for this half year" party. We ate various foods, [did some] talking, etc... it was very fun! The other day I saw a commercial with David Bowie on television and was really moved by it. He's just as cool today as he was way back! As I was thinking "I want to record it [next time it airs]!" I realized that I don't have a VCR in my place...

We're gradually becoming acquainted with spring. It's the season of delicious strawberries. I wonder where Tokyo's famous cherry blossom trees are... In doing today's update I was thinking, wouldn't it be nice if the sailor senshi could all go for o-hanami when the cherry blossoms bloom.

Recently the weather has gotten much warmer and I'm feeling good. Wouldn't it be great if it [just] kept getting warmer from now on... Speaking of spring, it's o-hanami [season] isn't it. Today I was delighted to discover that the cherry trees are blossoming in Tokyo. They haven't bloomed in Iwate yet but I want to go do o-hanami with everyone soon.

Spring please come! (laughs) While the day that the sakura start to bloom on has at long last arrived... it's cold! (cries) When it's April, please get warmer! This was Sawai, who still has to carry around a pocket heater.

This is Kitagawa, whose latest addiction has been making effective use of time. As the washing machine is running I start vacuuming... I do things 'just as I want to see them done'! During those kinds of times I always think, "Maybe I am a bit smart" and so it's fun. (laughs)

Spring! I went and saw sakura in Tokyo. While they weren't in full bloom yet, I caught the scent of spring. I wonder if they've already begun to bloom in Kyoto too...? I want to sit and eat Hanami dango beneath a sakura tree!

Today we had a school function: a chorus concert. Our class... didn't win a single prize. We were last in the chorus contest from the start... kind of sad, huh?

Today, for the first time in a while, I met with some local friends and we chattered the whooooole time. Having been with them for the first time in so long it made me think over again how necessary friends are. This was Ayaka, who was thinking that she's really happy to have been able to make such good friends. Everyone, please take care of me from now on too.

It's April! I'm now in my second year of high school. [New school years start in April.] Time seems to have passed so fast, like in the blink of an eye. I would like to [continue to] treasure time a little bit more from now on. Please take care of me even as a second year student!

I've become gradually weary of my cell phone. I spent four hours dressing it up, thinking, "This is a cell phone, why should it not "make up!" too?" (laughs) It may be overly flashy as I've gained a bad reputation from those around me for "overdoing it." (laughs) Thus I'm starting to regret it, thinking "It probably would have been better not to have done this." From now on using this cell phone will be an ordeal.

Recently I've been reading a lot of magazines and such, and unlike Kyoto, Tokyo has a lot of places to shop!! I think to myself [in reading], if I'm with my friend I'll go here, if I'm with my mother, here. I'm so busy that the situations never really materialize, but just looking through the magazines and thinking about it is fun.

Recently my big interest has been turning off all the lights and making it pitch black when entering the bathtub, then floating candles on (the surface of) the tub while listening to music. I soak slowly for about an hour. Today's candle scent is vanilla. It's incredibly relaxing and feels really nice!

The sakura have bloomed in Tokyo, haven't they. It looks like it'll be just a bit longer [for them to bloom] in Iwate. Starting in April I'll be a senior in high school. [Third year student.] The first two years of my life as a high school student has gone by in a flash. It'd be great to be able to live out my remaining year with my good friends and making many memories.

It's too bad there wasn't any show airing two days ago. Last week the mysterious senshi appeared but we had an extra week's break; aren't you even more interested than usual? I'm getting excited about it. Because of the delay, episode 27 should be super exciting. Please look forward to it.

Last week there was an Osaka Police Traffic Safety event where I [Kitagawa] appeared! I was very grateful to not have had many opportunities to wear the uniform. Police officers are pretty cool though huh. I really felt like I had become one of them. (laughs) Today's April 13th... so everyone's spring break is coming toward an end. Now that spring is starting, when going to work or school, let's be sure to keep appropriate traffic manners... just kidding. (laughs)

The last part is "nanchatte" which Kenji says, "expresses her awkwardness of having said too sober/serious a thing."

Wow, it's really spring now. Just as I had begun to think that this year was pretty warm, it became cold and [so] I thought it didn't feel like spring at all, but as soon as I saw the sakura, that's when I really got the feeling of spring. Now the sakura (blossoms have fallen and) are sprouting leaves, though. From now on it's going to be a green-ish season!! There's a lot of [greenery] at our shooting locations, and I'm looking forward to the scenery.

It's just about time to start preparing for examinations. I want to finish soon and go play. (laughs) But I don't want to stop being a high school student either. What should I dooo...? But I can't do anything about it.

The new school term has begun! Spring break ended so I have been able to meet all my friends in the school and I'm very HAPPY. Lately I've been going to get pictures printed out at PURIKURA [mini-photo booths]. (laughs) I've only got one more year to get my picture taken at these PURIKURA in my school uniform. This was Komatsu, who'd like to forever stay a high school student.

Just recently, as my mother was doing some cleaning, she excavated a variety of Sailor Moon goods from when I was a kid!! Dolls, stickers, cards... it was so nostalgic. And now a large stuffed Sailor Moon toy is living with me in my room.

Yesterday I bought 2 clothes drying poles. (laughs) I brought them from the supermarket back to my place but... they were so heavy that en route I lost my cool many times. But after having thought, "Yep, being able to hang things outside is far more refreshing..." I decided the results were worth it. (laughs)

I like how it's 2004, she's living in one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world, and she's ecstatic at having bought a pole to dry clothes on.

We seem to have already gone past spring in one stroke, as it feels like summer now, you know. It's been so suddenly becoming hot, then cold- we senshi have to be careful about our physical conditions and a lot of my friends have gotten sick. Everyone, please be sure to keep in shape.

The new school term has started and I've finally become a senior! I'm glad to have made it through to this new grade safely. (cries) But from now on it won't be sufficient enough to just have enough credits. I've got tests!!!!! I'm going to my best to study even harder than I did in my second year!!!! And of course I'm going to do my best at work to!!

It's finally the new school semester. Yaaaay. Tests are over and the sakura are blooming- it feels like spriiiiiing! The weather is good and I've wanting to be active [literally: wanting to move my body] so recently I've felt like doing exercise. It feels really nice to sweat, you know. This way I could be able to head into summer having slimmed... First off, I've got to cut down on my candies, but starting that is...

In the new spring term there are measurements of physical fitness and I'm going to do my beeeeest. By the way, I'm really good at hanpukuyokotobi. (laughs)

I was told by a female acquaintance whom I shall call "M" that hanpukuyokotobi is a physical fitness test of sorts. Kenji points to this page for a visual depiction.

Hello! A week from today the Sailor Moon Campaign Event will be just about over me thinks... Ah, I'm so nervous about it. I want to try to do my very best to join in with everyone's power. It also looks like on April 30th (?) our Sailor Senshi Visual Book is going on sale! The visual book has photos of a different mood from the ordinary, so if you're interested, please check it out.

Yesterday I had a day off and I went to Harajuku. I bought some summer clothing. I'm definitely going to get a tan this summer so I've begun planning from now.
But I suppose if I don't try hard I won't get tanned...
(Each time I try to get a tan,) Once I get reddish, it quickly goes out and I return back to white.
I want to get back to Kobe and want to be pitch black! (laughs)

Yahooo! Today we had our live event. We all had a rousing good time and it was very memorable. Thank you!! --Usagi.

Hi this is Sawai Miyuu! This was my first live event... (singing and dancing) To tell the truth I was wondering if all would go well but it was a lot of fun and since we all worked together I think it was a really good event. Thank you very much.

Last month I obtained a fax [machine]... faxes are pretty nice! (laughs) I really think that the communications speed is incredible! That being the case, the thing I've been obsessed with lately is fax correspondence. My family, my grandparents, local friends I'm on good terms with; I exchange letters via fax with them all. I'm fairly good at writing and so I like writing letters but it's troublesome to have to get stamps from the post office... I end up not replying. There were many letters where I wrote them and forgot to send them. (laughs) And on top of that it takes a whole day to get there, yuck... I'm very impatient when it comes to annoyances. (laughs) The only flaw with faxes is that they're limited to black and white. (laughs) But if you have family or friends in far away places you must try it out.

Jay shouts "E-MAIL", but fax machines are easy to use and virus free. It would be good for the net if all computer illiterates embraced the fax machine, or at least buy a Mac.

Today is children's day!! All you children who are always watching Sailor Moon- you're going somewhere today right?! I, probably, have to work. But I'd like to eat some "Kashiwa mochi." (laughs) This was 'still loves Anko' Chisaki.

Information abounds on Kashiwa mochi. Anko is a sweet bean paste, also used in mochi and other things.

It's been cold lately! It's unbelievable that it's this cold at this time of the year. If this was Okinawa it'd be feeling like summer long ago!!!!! Can I get along with Tokyo's climate from now on?

I guess it was warm, and then got cold? But hold that thought...

It's gradually become warmer, hasn't it.

The volleyball competition began just the other day, didn't it. As far as watching sports goes, I prefer volleyball over basketball! I'm so excited! It seems that the Japanese women's volleyball team, on Friday, did indeed win a spot in the Olympics.

Phrase I've heard the most recently: "You're really planning to write it seriously, right!!" by my manager. He's the best manager and each time I talk with him we're roaring with laughter. (laughs) By the way, I also learned "kimajii" ["seriously," I think] from my manager. (laughs)

Last week was golden week. I returned to Kyoto for quite a bit, played with my friends and relaxed with my family; it was the first time in a while that I've just been able to kick back. This week I'm back to my regular schedule, and I'm a tad concerned that the habits I picked up from my week off will follow me. I've got to do my best!

Recently I've been reading books before I go to sleep. Although I only read a bit, because I'm reading, I fall peacefully to sleep, and since I don't have much time to read books, I think it was an excellent decision to read in this manner. I'd like to read lots of different books from now on.

Just recently I went to a friend's basketball tournament to cheer [him or her] on. Although [he or she] is a really good friend of mine I wasn't able to go to cheer [him or her] on for a long time, and in seeing [his or her] figure while playing basketball after all this time I was surprised at how cool [he or she looked] and was deeply moved. [By the way] Victory was theirs. I thought that I too should do my best to find a 'goal' like this.

Hello! I'm behind on the diaries. I'm really sorry. The weather's been lousy these last few days... and soon it's the rainy season... just as it had gotten warmer! (cries) It's still cold... Everyone! Please be careful not to catch a cold from this recent rough patch of weather.

While shopping with a friend, I by-chance happened upon some curtain and lace and purchased it on the impulse of the moment; of course I completely ignored the length and size. (laughs) I was wrong to believe what my friend said. (laughs) When I returned and installed it I found that... I was lucky, as the width was just right, but it was quite long. Since I had bought it I thought that it shouldn't go to waste, so I tried to hem it on my own! ..and the time it took was some two hours. I cut and sewed until considerably late at night. (laughs) From now on I definitely want to avoid these kinds of mistakes. (laughs)

Just recently I went on an overnight photo shoot. We had a boisterous dinner and it was a lot of fun!! I always just want to have my mom's home cooking and spend the evening there, but once in a while I think something like this is good too. I wonder if my dad's business trips are like this??

Well then, this week is "things Ayaka likes." Recently I've been tired and for some reason have felt like eating Umiboshi [dried plums]. There are a variety of ways to eat it but my preferred method is a Plum kombucha with Kishu plums put in. After that with Ochazuke... SUPPAIMAN (their dried plums) are also a favourite of mine. Since it's the best thing for fatigue recovery, please try it everyone.

After the suggestion of natto curry, even this sounds edible.

The country I would like to go check out is France! Other places I've been thinking lately that I want to go to are Okinawa and Hokkaido in Japan, as well as America. (laughs) I was in Okinawa already because of work but I'd like to go with my family. But, you know, there are so many other places in Japan I'd like to go to. (laughs) I'm sorry for bringing up this conversation so randomly. This was the "Introduction to places I want to go." (laughs)

Recently, I went to do some karaoke with a friend from school! The last time I went was last year, so it had been quite a while. Of course I belted out "Kirari☆Sailor Moon" (laughs) Although, it felt a tad awkward to sing the theme song from a show I appear in! (laughs) If it was my own single in Karaoke (and I sang it), it would be more of a hit.(laughs)

There's one thing I've been thinking about a lot lately; that is, "I want to change my hairstyle!!!!" (laughs) As you might expect [of someone whose had] the same hairstyle for one year, I've grown tired of it. I want to change it soon! Mako-chan, isn't it about time for an image change?!?! (laughs)

There have been so many rainy days lately. I really hate rain and no matter where I go it always rains- seems to confirm my "Rain woman" curse. I want the rainy season to end real soon so I can wear summer clothing!!

Today, the 31st, is Neffy's (Nephrite)'s Matsumoto-san's birthday! Congratulaaations! May is already over. Aaah the hot hot summer is coming... (cries) Eating ice cream, I'll do my best enough so that I wouldn't melt (by the heat).

Today, at school, during gym time we played kick ball. I was goofing around... just kidding, I was "observing" (laughs.) If I could have I'd have liked to participate but if the ball were to cause me injury it'd be a nuisance for filming... in considering this I grew concerned and didn't join in the game. This was Kitagawa, who is looking forward to [the possibility that there will be] no ball-related games during gym time next week.

It's been June since yesterday. It's the rainy season, isn't it! My concern is that if there's a lot of rain, filming won't go so well... But everyone in the staff can pull things off perfectly! We're determined not to lose against the rain and do our best!!

At school next week we've got "kuramachi" coming up! Kuramachi is kinda like a mix of an athletics festival [field day] with a ball-games tournament and it lasts for three days. I'm going to be playing badminton and last year I was the champion. So this year I'm going to aim for the win again!

Konnichiwa. For the time I've been living in Tokyo I've been staying at my agency's dormitories and the dorm food is incredibly delicious. Throughout each day I do my best so as to be able to partake in this delight. (laughs) Eating seems to have become a hobby of mine from way back rather than just recently. It's rather dangerous. I wonder what the food will be tomorrow?

So it's a dorm filled with actresses and it has really good food. That has to disobey some law of physics. I demand justice and an apartment there.

Aaa. It's June... That was fast. It's raining alot... I hate damp and humid weather. This has become a rather gloomy diary, sorry. But, "let's go" 'genki' this month too, enough to drive the humidity away.

Today I went shopping in Harajuku. I heard calls from many fans and I was very happy. Having been told things like "We're cheering you on" I'm going to keep doing my best from now on too!

It's June so I figured there'd be a lot of rain but there's actually been a lot of clear days. I wonder if the start of the rainy season is slower here than in Kyoto... This is my first time spending the season here in Tokyo... but since it's been so clear here filming has been going off without a hitch! Each day I look forward to filming!

I've got the results of the kuramachi competition! Unfortunately we were in 3rd place in Badminton but things went well. I'm tired but it was fun.

Just the other day I went to eat with Kei-chan (Kitagawa, laugh) We were overly hungry and together ate a ton of pizza and pasta. [The food at] the restaurant was really delicious.

Soon it's going to be our school's field day!! I'm already full of fighting spirit. (laughs) Starting now I'll be doing my best with everyone and practicing. It'd be pretty sweet if we won...

What'd you think of episode 35? Minako and zoizoi make a good couple. Just kidding. (laughs) But Usagi-chan finally learned about Minako! What'll happen next?! Miyuu is looking forward to it too! Be sure to watch next week. Baibaiii.

Just lately my mom came over to hang out for three whole days! We went to places like Shibuya and did various things... I was shocked at how my mother seemed to know the town better than I did. (laughs) I'm usually too afraid to go to places like Shibuya and Ikebukuro. My mother, who spent four years in Tokyo as a college student, walked around Shibuya with ease.... but I'm a lot younger, y'know... or so I was thinking. (laughs) But it was a lot of fun to go shopping as mother and daughter!

Because of some magazine work I've got plans next week to go to an amusement park! [This is/was] Chisaki who loves amusement parks and is really looking forward to going. I hope it doesn't rain.

I've been reading the Mikeneko [Three colored cat] Holmes series on the train... and as I stepped off I found a three colored cat right near by. I thought to myself, "It seems like something good's gonna happen today..." (laughs) By the way, the albums I've been listening to a lot lately are D12 and Usher.

Mikeneko Holmes (or "A Three-colored Police Cat Named Holmes") is a mystery novel series also made into DVDs and video games. This was the best I could find on it in English. Her love of mystery novels is once again apparent, as is her love of music whose lyrics she doesn't understand. D12's website (I'd never heard of them before, and don't think I will afterward.) And Usher's. (Why do both have "World" in the title of their official websites?)

The typhoon hit. Was everyone's house okay?? Luckily it was a day off for me, so I just sat quietly at my place. Lately I've received a few days off and so I often spend those days at home. Studying. When I'm not working, I've got to do my best studyin'.

It's hooot. But that's no comparison to the cold of winter. The problem's just sunburn ya know... I've gotta use a lot of suntan lotion.

It's hooot. Lately I've just been eating ice cream. And I've been drinkin' stuff like Frappuccino lately too. (laughs) It's fattening but what can you do! (laughs)

I'm going to be going to Cebu Island next because of some work. This is the second time I'll be going abroad and I'm already really excited about it. I've gotta be careful not to turn pitch black. Alright, well I'm off.

Hello! On June 26th there was an "Album Sales" event. All those who attended were really charged up and it was a lot of fun. For those who couldn't come, please take a listen to the "Dear My Friend" CD! It's a great album.

Today I went to Omotesandou to purchase a birthday present for an acquaintance. I had various concerns as to what to purchase but I finally settled on a necklace! I'll be real happy if she likes it.

Today was a day off. Although there's no filming tomorrow either, I've got work to do- a photo shoot! While filming for Sailor Moon is a ton of fun and I enjoy it, a magazine photo shoot is always different; I get to wear various cute clothes and I just love it.

Next week kicks off my finals. I'm always thinking about how happy I'll be when the tests are over, I've made [that post-exam bliss] my inspiration. (laughs) What I've been looking forward to lately is "Brotherhood." Oh boy am I looking forward to this!!

Lately the weather's been fantastic. I'm so happy about it. It already feels like summer doesn't it. Although it's already July too, hmm. That was quick!!!! This summer I plan to have a ton of fun and make a lot of memories.

Wow, it's July! That was quick. Currently there are a lot of places having sales! Because of that, next time I've got a day off, I promised my sister I'd definitely go shopping with her. It's so much fun, I've got to be careful not to overshop!

Today is the second day of tests. (laughs) Today is the second day of tests. Since I hadn't studied, sure enough, I couldn't do well on the tests at all. But Kitagawa doesn't get discouraged! At least, that was what I was thinking as today, for the first time in a while, I made dinner! My friend came over and we at together. Eating with another person rather than alone is really a lot more fun. Today's menu was... the usual omelet rice. (laughs) Recently, clumsy me made stuffed cabbage and it took four hours. (laughs) Today I did it all in an hour and a half! ... although it was because my friend helped out. If my cooking gets a little better, I wonder if I should get married... just kidding! (laughs)

At this convenience store near my house that I always go to, I figured I'd buy some tea and ice cream and so arrived at the register... only to realize that I didn't have my wallet! "I'M REALLY SORRY... I'll be back real soon." and with that I came back with my wallet and settled my accounts but it's embarrassing so for the time being I won't be going to that convenience store. (laughs)

It's summer. This is the season of bargain sales. Each year I get excited about it. (laughs) Because it's just all so cheap. I'm going to buy so many summer outfits! This was Ayaka, who's getting pumped for it from now!

It's already summer! If the weather keeps going like this we'll be melting by August. Everyone, are you already exhausted by the summer heat? Or is it a bit too early? Let's eat well and sail through this summer!!

This is Kitagawa who's been unable to bear the recent heat. I kinda wish summer wouldn't have come... Anyway, I'll be turning 18 next month! I'll be able to get my driver's license and I'm ever so happy about it. I'm looking forward to getting my license and going around with my friends.

It's hot! Shooting in this hot season reminds of of when filming for Sailor Moon started last year. It's already been a year. So fast!! I'll be continuing to do my best!

Yes! It's summer break! Well that's what I'd like to say but this year I'm in the middle of testing. Because I'm studying for tests I'm not able to play around at all. I've also gotta do my best at Sailor Moon! What should I dooo.

Today for the first time in a while I went to have fun with all my friends from school. Since it'd been so long I took 10 sets of mini photo stickers. (laughs) Lately I've been addicted to putting stickers on my diary.

It's hot huh. I feel like I'm going to melt or be dried up these days, and of course we have to film outside... The staff around us are very concerned about us not getting sunburned! But those same staff people have been completely burned up. Since they move, they are sweaty, so it seems they have a hard time. But together with them, we'll do our best so that we all can ride through the summer!

Since I had three whole consecutive days of vacation, I went to my parents' house for the first time in four months! I went to visit my friends and check out my old school. I had gone to that school for 5 years and it was truly a nostalgic feeling. My math teacher from middle school had surprisingly become principal, and I truly felt the passage of time. (laughs)

It's finally summer break. Since I'm afraid of getting sunburned I don't do many outdoor sports but you all are going out each day right!? Like camping and stuff. I want to go camping too!

I changed cell phones. The screen is so and I'm incredibly happy with it. But, its signal is pretty bad. Thinking that it'd be easier to get a signal I bought it... I was tricked...

Today's Mew (7/22)

I saw the film I've been dying to check out, Brotherhood! I was like, "crycrycry... " And so I bought the book too! I found it at the bookstore and started reading through it while standing and even then I was crying, and before I knew it I was already at the register. (laughs) Brotherhood is soooo good. It's my recommended movie. This was Myuu, who's in love with Bin Won.

This year's summer is so hot!! Since I was born in the summer I prefer its heat to winter's cold. (laughs) As I've just kicked off summer vacation I want to go to the pool and the ocean. It's gonna be so fun... How do you all like to spend the summer?

Yay! It's suddenly summer vacation. For me, summer brings about thoughts of quitting club activities and the like... and of course I remember fun things like fireworks. This year I'd once again like to make fun, happy, sad, and regrettable memories. I hope you all have fun during this summer.

Hi everyone, it's so hot every day, aren't you just worn out from the summer? I hate summer so this year I'm already tired of it. (laughs) And even though I hate summer there's always that "birthday" thing going on each and every year, which is the slight bright side to the season... although this year I'm thinking it's not that great. 17 turning on 18 isn't the same kind of normal yearly increase, you know. When you're 18 you can get your license and that's definitely like being an adult, and while it's something I've always wanted, I'm also kind of like, "ugh."

While I want to grow up quickly, I want to be in those years when I can say that I'm "still a kid." I want to be told, "You're so young, it's incredible that you're living alone." When I turn 18 it'll change to, "Living by yourself isn't all that strange"... I'm thinking of all sorts of weird things today huh. (laughs) I'm just filled with thoughts of, "Being an adult is incredible." I'm still a kid for whom living alone is scary and sad and makes me want to cry through the night; just my age gets closer to adulthood. It feels as though half of me is adult and half is child, it's kinda complex. The borderline between 17 and 18 is so large, and while I can't really put it into words, I was thinking that it's like a hurdle which I want- and yet don't want- to jump over.

The typhoon came huh! Kind of unusual for this period. My office manager just went to go surfing when it happened and he said because of the typhoon it wasn't any fun at all.

It's August! A time with many fireworks extravaganzas! Have you all been going to them? I was able to go out of pure luck. I was really happy to go. I wore a yukata [cotton kimono] with my friend... I had mizuame [a sweet treat] at a booth and bought my own cotton candy [she likely means cotton candy featuring her picture] from a cotton candy seller (laughs) It was a lot of fun. Next time I want to have Jagabata My thought for this week: I'd like to go to another fireworks display sometime this year.

Kenji says Jagabata is actually this. "Very simple. Bake a potato, cut it into four, and while it's hot, put butter (and some salt) on it."

Three things I want to do soon:

1. Head to the gym and get my body in shape! I'm looking for beauty. (laughs)
2. Cut my hair drastically and make it nice and short.
3. Get my driver's license.

That's all. Since I really want to get in shape fast, I want to go to the gym soon.

I heard on the news today that this summer is the hottest since the end of World War II! The film shoots are as hot as a sauna. (Although I've never been in a sauna, so this is an assumption on my part.) I'll weather through the film shoots in a manner that won't get me exhausted by the heat!!

Lately I've been addicted to drinks with tapioca in them. Stuff like Cafe Latte and Milk tea. In Tokyo, you can find only the ones in nearby convenience stores or Excelsior's (and these are not so good and have few choices), but when I was in Okinawa there was a store called "Quickly" and there were lots of giant tapioca drinks! So I got them a lot on the way home from school. Among them my favourite is "Red Taro [Sweet potato] Milk shake with tapioca flavouring". Just the name sounds delish right?!?! (laughs)

Last week to get to the location shoot I rode on an airplane!! But I was so scared- it seemed the plane was hit by a typhoon and it started shaking as though it were a rollercoaster. I felt like I was in an amusement park. (laughs) And then we couldn't land at the airport that day and had to turn back... I really must be an unlucky woman... This was a shaken-up Komatsu.

The phrase she uses for unlucky woman is "rain woman" which I'm assuming she means unlucky. Kenji says: "a woman whose presence seems to cause rain and make events canceled. In this case, she's wondering whether her presence brought the typhoon."

Hello. I was taken aback by the realization that it's already been a year since the day filming starting on the Sailor Moon series... One year is really a long time but it went by so quickly and it was soo fun... it was a year filled with some many different things! I'm going to keep putting in my all into everything. Please cheer me on.

This is Kitagawa, right in the midst of her last summer vacation of her high school years. My recent worries have all been in regard to college examinations. While I've decided I'm going to go to college, I've not yet decided which schools I want to attend and am gradually becoming impatient... I keep getting asked, "Above all, what do you want to do the most in college?" and I'm never able to give a clear response. No matter what, I want to increase my own capacities! I want to increase my skills! That's all I think about each day.

And then I've been thinking, well, maybe if I go to college all those problems will settle themselves... but I really don't know so no matter what I think I've just gotta keep checking things out! I don't want to go to college just to study with a pencil and a piece of paper, I want to meet new people and broaden my horizons. I believe that college is a new kind of environment, a chance where I could find a new outlook on the world. If I go there I'll be in contact with different kinds of people, at a level of profundity even more deep than in the TV show I'm currently in. That's the kind of self-indulgent thinking I've been involved in recently. (laughs)

Ah it's damn hot. These days of boiling heat just seem to continue endlessly. How many days has it been as of now? Ugh and because it's so hot out it's hell at the locations! (But I'm doing my best!) I'll be getting some vacation time due to Obon, so I'm gonna sit back and max out at my pad in Kyoto.

I, uh, took some liberties with the translation this time.

I love tea. Especially green tea. Barley tea is so-so. (laughs) I get so thirsty during the summer so I drink a lot of it. It's cold and I love it!!

Today's Mew (8/11)

This is Azama, who- even though it's summer vacation- isn't doing any summer vacationy things. I want to go swimming in Okinawa's beaches!!! I want to go see fireworks too... and go to festivals! I've come to the conclusion that next year I just want to have fun.

My vacation's ended in a flash. I'm so sad... I've not done my homework at all... What should I dooo? It didn't feel like much of a vacation since I was occupied with work but I took time out to head back to Iwate, talk with my friends a bunch and hang out with them; just for that I'm satisfied. We all went to matsuri back in Iwate. It was a bit unfortunate that I didn't get to see any fireworks wearing a yukata but I definitely wanna make sure to do it next year.

Yukata are cotton, casual kimono-type wear.

Yesterday was my first break in a while and I ended up waking up at 4pm. (laughs) I was in a bit of trouble! I had plans to hang out with a friend and met her half asleep. Oooops.

Last week I wrote that the super-hot days were continuing and just now the record-breaking temps have dropped. It's almost like it's fall already. Today was a day off for me so I'm just kicking back. I've gotta be at my best because tomorrow's work again

Lately I've been eating too much ice cream and it's been horrible for my skin. But I can't stop eating it! What can I doooo? I think I'll hold back on it a lil.

Today's Mew (8/19)

It's hot. So hot I'm going to die. Despite this, being the genius that I am I forgot some necessary summer equipment today: my hand towel. This is Azama, drenched in sweat.

Oh no! Summer vacation's ending in just a week. Has everyone done their homework yet? Those who haven't, keep on reaching for that rainbow. We've got so little summer left, I want you all to enjoy it as much as possible. This was Sawai, who really loves strawberry flavour shaved ice the most.

Today I got a whole bunch more fan letters. Everyone, thank you so very much! I got them from all over the country, and among them was even one from overseas. Whenever I get these kind of letters I'm so deeply moved. I think 'I've just got to keep going.' I'm really encouraged. While I can't do it very soon, I plan to write back to everyone of them. Everyone, please wait patiently for your response.

You might recall we in the forums sent Keiko a present last month.

Today's my last entry for August. The other day on the set I got to meet this really cute kid whose birthday it was! I received words of support from both he and his parents! It reminded me that I've got to keep doing my best!!

This is Myuu who's just really addicted to tapioca. While on the way to work today I went into this Taiwanese cafe that I always pass by! The menu was so huge I got a bit lost, but in the end I chose "Chocolate Milk Tea and Tapioca." Oh it was so great.

Hello. The heat seems to have taken a bit of a pause. Guess what?! Of all things, my own DVD came out on the 25th! If you watch this, you'll get to know every part of my body really well!! The reason Minako got a bit of a tan was because of this. (laughs) Cebu island's scenery is also very pretty. Please make sure to pick it up.

There are just 2 days left in August! Summer's over already huh. My summer this year was colored by Sailor Moon and incredibly memorable. And the new school term starts in September. Let's start the new semester refreshed.

August is already finished! I've pre-emptively (?) gone out my fall clothes! (laughs) I think I might have done it a tad too early though. This fall I'm going to go for some really cool fashion.

Starting from today it's September! In this one week a typhoon has come (my house in Kyoto was hit [crying face]) and it's become a tad cooler, so the weather's gone all wacky. Please be careful of not catching a cold or something like that due to these weird weather shifts.

I've become addicted to bagels again. There was a period of time where all I'd eat in the morning was a bagel but one time I stopped and that was it. But recently I bought one for the first time in a while and I've becoming super-addicted once more; I eat it every morning.

The other day we had a school festival. While it was two days long I was only able to attend one of the days; our booth made/sold Octopus dumplings and it was a lot of fun!! I was able to take part in the last school festival of my high school career, nay the last school festival [that I'd be working in] of my life. It's really so great to be a student. I don't want to graduate! And there's almost no Sailor Moon left. It's so saaad.

Summer is over already and it's now September but the days are still hot... Today at the location a cart selling Warabi mochi came by. It was cold and oh-so delicious. Changing topics quickly, I've got a bit of a sad story for you. Today (the day I'm actually writing this diary) the location staff told us that it was the final day. At first I wasn't really able to comprehend my feelings fully but looking back, it's been a whole year...

I started thinking, this isn't just my final time with the staff, I've also got to part with Usagi-chan, and I was unbelievably saddened by it. Please watch over "my" Usagi until the very end!

Just recently I rearranged my room! As I was moving my bed and writing desk around by myself, I got some arthritic-like pains (laughs). Ah it hurts... When I was first moving the bed around a lot there was a moment where I thought "I did something stupid." (laughs) After I started moving things around I realized that I couldn't just put things back the way they were and had to see things out to the end, and in the end just moved it all around randomly...

Just the other day on the set I was talking with a young fan of ours. When I signed [his or her] book [he/she] was really delighted! I just love kids so doing these kinds of things makes me happy.

Today's Mew (9/9)

What are everyone's ways for letting out stress? For me it's actually "crying"! (laughs) But when I do that my eyes get swollen pretty quickly. And then there's the period after you've cried, and the next day... I keep wondering if there's not a better way. If you can think of a good way to relieve stress please teach me it.

It's already crept into fall. When I think that the cold days will start coming again I get sad. I wish those cool, pleasant days would just stay forever.

Hello! It's been a long time since last week's broadcasting but there'll be episodes both this week and next without fail! It's great!

Just two episodes of Sailor Moon are left... it's gone by in the blink of an eye... That Sailor Moon is actually coming to an end is a feeling I don't really understand. But I put those feelings aside and went into the final episodes with a fighting spirit, really doing my best, so be sure not to miss it!!

There's very little left until Sailor Moon's conclusion, huh. As usual the Sailor Soldiers put in a lot of our energy into the filming. I'm just letting you know that the conclusion will be incredible...

Since I had some vacation time recently I cleaned up my room. It's the first time my room's been clean in a while! The place I'm living in currently is kind of tight so I'd like to move to somewhere more open! It'd be pretty sweet to live in a cooler area.

(Two weeks late.)

We had a school festival recently. Even though it's been hot lately my class sold Oden. We sold out, but far slower than everyone else. (laughs)

Recently because of work I went to Nagoya and Osaka. I thought, "The people of Osaka are warm and friendly, the Osaka dialect is really nice." (laughs) In Osaka I ate Sousaku Ryouri and Takoyaki. It was really delicious.

There are two episodes of Sailor Moon left. Rather, only two episodes left. Be sure to check out what unfolds in tomorrow's episode.

Sousaku Ryouri translates to "Home made cuisine." It's an original menu specific to a restaurant/chef. Takoyaki are octopus balls.

What'd you think of act 28? It's now the FAINAL ACT at last. I still can't believethat we're actually done with filming. I was told that I couldn't see the final product until just near the airing deadline but from what I saw during the post production work... this finale is going to be the best act ever. Please make sure to watch our last episode!

On the 25th our last episode airs. Everyone, thank you for reading these diaries for a whole year! For this short year in which I was able to play Sailor Mars I was really, really happy. Thank you so much.

I've covered the face of my cell phone with a lot of PIRAKURA stickers! [Pirakura are mini photo booth stickers.] I split it up between my friends from Okinawa, my friends from my Tokyo High School, and my fellow sailor senshi! I was able to fit a lot in and so am pretty happy about it. (laughs)

Sailor Moon is ending tomorrow. This one year feels so long, and yet it feels so short. I was really happy to have played Aino Minako / Sailor Venus during this last year. Having school and to commute to the film shoots from Iwate Prefecture was tough on me; there were so many difficulties. But it was a lot of fun to put in my all during this last year along with the other girls.

Thank you to all of you who have cheered us on for an entire year. I'll always treasure this fortunate chance and irreplaceable times I had.

All those who've watched us for the last year, thank you so very much! I think that in the final episode, as you saw, a lot of things were going this way and that; my feelings and thoughts were in all sorts of different directions, but I'm really happy that Sailor Moon will be something in so many people's hearts forever.

Sailor Moon has finally arrived at its conclusion, what did you all think of it? The Sailor Moon diaries are also over as of today. We sailor soldiers did our best with all our might! I'm really grateful for your support over the last year.

It feels like it's all gone by in the blink of an eye, but when I look over everything so many things have happened. There were a lot of fun times, as well as painful times but it was a very thoroughly satisfying year and two months! Thank you for all your support!

The Sailor Moon diaries end as of today!! It's felt like such a part of my usual routine to do these, I'm going to be so lonely. For those who've been watching us every single week, thank you for this last year. This year has been REALLY long but that just makes having to leave it all twice as sad. Honestly, thank you sooo much for everything up till now!!

And please continue to support the five of up even from now on.
