Live Action Sailor Moon update (Episode 25 preview)

Practice for the annual senshi barbecue cook-off is beginning a tad early this year.

The fine folks who run the official Live Action Sailor Moon page sure have gotten lazy, as there's been no new preview since act 23. There haven't been any diary entries put up this week either. The Toei page has taken charge, though, and provided a number of interesting tidbits.

Usagi now knows Tuxedo Kamen is Mamoru.
Can Mamoru accept Usagi, who confessed her feeling to him unexpectedly?

Meanwhile, Hina becomes aware of the relation of the two and dares to...

[Credit to kenji for the bit above]

With Usagi having found out his identity, Mamoru must make another decision soon. So, what will you do Mr. Chiba Mamoru? Their affections have begun to swirl. And it seems like Kunzite has begun to realize the truth...

The [next] story starting to grow [now] will be one that'll rock the earth. Maybe too much!!

It's been about a half year since the show started airing. We'll soon be entering the climax, and "Sailor Moon" will begin moving faster and faster. Please be sure to keep watching.

[This is in a separate box, in pink, below the comments above]

When Tuxedo Kamen, aka Chiba Mamoru, was a child, he lost his memory and was adopted into the Kusaka family. The name "Chiba Mamoru" is probably not his real name. (Whether or not it's even a person's name, we're not sure.) In his mind he would sometimes hear "Please obtain the Silver crystal..." from the image of the "Princess." Believing he could find more about his past, he began his search for the Silver Crystal, and began masquerading as the thief Tuxedo Kamen. And through such activities he ran into Sailor V, and later Sailor Moon.

With the help and support of Mr. Kusaka, Mamoru was able to act independently and freely. Mr. Kusaka is an industrialist who expects Mamoru to succeed him, and thus is allowing him to act on his own accord until his graduation. Mamoru's engagement to Hina and his trip to England to learn business administration is due to his promise with Mr. Kusaka.

So in exchange for feeding him, clothing him, educating him, and supporting his playboy college life, Kusaka wants him to marry his hot daughter and take over his industrial empire.

Anyone who'd sign up for that is a sucker in my book.

Site news: Dr. Xadium's Suburban Senshi IRC page has gotten a major revamp. A few changes to the Gear page as well, so be sure to check that out. Lunar Archivist is looking for people to review doujinshi that are in the database. And while this week's Moonstruck! is slightly delayed, I'm sure it'll be here soon.
