- Tuxedo Mask : he appears in the anime, manga, and Sera Myu.  He carries the Golden Crystal in the manga and anime.  In in manga, the Golden Crystal changes into its dipyramid shape in the Sailor Stars Part.

It a simple matter to show that the Golden Crystal in the anime is (for all intents and purposes) also Mamoruís true starseed in the anime once you have the relevant information.

ē The Golden Crystal is the dipyramid, golden crystal that is watching over (is in charge of; is superintending) Earth.  ďĒ (transliteration: Chiky o mimamori Gruden Kurisutaru) ó Helios, Bishjo Senshi Sr Mn SuperS Nakayoshi Media Book #5 and Bishjo Senshi Sr Mn SuperS Nakayoshi Media Book #6.

ē Mamoruís true starseed is the dipyramid, golden crystal that is in charge of Earth.  ďĒ (transliteration: Chiky o tsukasadoru sutshdo) ó Sailor Galaxia, anime episodes 196, 197.

The Phantom Silver Crystal () is the true starseed of Sailor Moon.  That crystal is the sacred stone of the Silver Millennium and the moon.  The Golden Crystal is the sacred stone of Elysion, the sacred land of Earth (which used to have the name Golden Kingdom, Prince Endymionís kingdom).  It is therefore the sacred stone of Earth.  The Golden Crystal is an analogue of the Phantom Silver Crystal, and is the best object to be Mamoruís true starseed.

Mamoru owns the Golden Crystal in the manga while Usagi owns the Silver Moon Crystal (which used to have the name Phantom Silver Crystal).  Both objects are Sailor Crystals, which are crystalline starseeds that contain the powers of the celestial bodies Earth and moon.  If the anime version of the Golden Crystal is Mamoruís true starseed, and the anime version of the Phantom Silver Crystal is Usagiís true starseed, then those starseeds are analogous to their original-manga counterparts in the manga.

If the Golden Crystal and Mamoruís true starseed were entirely different objects, then there would be two entirely different, dipyramid, golden crystals that are in charge of Earth.  As far as we know, even the moon is not as lucky as having two different crystals in charge of it.
