Rei goes to ,TA Girl’s School, a different junior high school than Usagi, but is also 14 years old. She is very inspirational, and acts as the shrine maiden at the Hikawa Shrine. She does not trust people easily. When she was young, she came into her psychic gifts, and while it is was found useful, everyone considered her a freak. So she doesn't trust people easily but eventually she becomes Usagi's very good friend, She is Sailor Mars.

Rei is unsure of people and Usagi's bubbly happy attitude overwhelms her at first...Causing her to not want to team up with Mercury and Moon...It takes a little while, but she warms up to Usagi and Ami. She hasn't had much luck with friends but Usagi isn't your normal girl. She never gives up on anyone not even Rei-chan. So now our Rei-chan truly has two friends for life.

We now know that Rei hates karaoke... ^_- (Which is so unlike her anime character who liked to sing)

Rei has grown as a character as the show has progressed and has learned to trust in the friendships that she has formed with the other girls. Unfortunately she also still feels that she need to deal with things on her own and is hiding a major secret from the other girls...the fact that Minako is dying....Rei has also been able to bond with Ami and reconcile with her father.

Rei has had it with Minako she left the team because she refuses to be around someone who doesn't value her own life.....so she has left them to watch over Usagi....Artemis who was kicked out by Minako turned to Rei for support.

Mio has appeared in front of her in Act45 hmmm I wonder what that means?
